These Terms of Service govern your use of Moly Maid Cleaning's services and website (mollymaidcleaning.com). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Services
Moly Maid Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. The specific scope of each cleaning service (standard, deep clean, move-in/out, etc.) is described on our website. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Booking and Confirmation
Booking requests submitted online or by phone are not confirmed until you receive a written or verbal confirmation from us. We will confirm your appointment within a few hours of receiving your request. Appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service price.
Access to Property
You agree to provide our team safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Preparation
For move-in/move-out and post-construction cleans, the property should be empty of furniture, belongings, and construction crew before we arrive, unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for delays caused by inadequate preparation.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. Our guarantee covers re-cleaning only — it does not include refunds unless we are unable to remedy the issue after a return visit.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee.
Liability
Moly Maid Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. We will exercise reasonable care with your property. In the event of damage caused by our team, we will work with you to resolve the issue through our insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or damage to unsecured, fragile, or improperly installed items.
Our liability for any claim related to a single cleaning service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Valuables and Personal Items
Please secure valuables, irreplaceable items, and fragile objects before our team arrives. We are not responsible for items that were improperly stored or placed in areas being cleaned.
Photography
We may take photos of your home for quality control or documentation purposes. Photos are used internally and are not published without your explicit permission.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wake County, NC.
